Constraints As Blessings

How many times do we say something like Indian business people  have to do without this or that (read reliable and cheap electricity,job ready graduates etc.)or that the government doesn’t do this or that, that other governments do(reduced paperwork,lower or zero taxes etc.) ?Maybe we should recall the words above.Constraints and shortages make Indian businesses lean,flexible and innovative(think desi jugaad and frugal engineering).
