Evan Williams :Co-founder and largest individual individual share-holder.His 10.4% stake is now worth $2.56 billion.He added $1.07 billion when Twitter stock closed at $44.90 on NYSE on Thursday,on the day of its IPO.

Jack Dorsey:Co-founder and chairman has a 4.3% stake in Twitter that is valued at $1.05 billion.His stake gained$443 million on IPO day.
