The best answer to this is to ask yourself what you would want out of such a book, and perhaps look at books who have attempted this subject to see how they lay out their contents.

I often wonder how much of what I write has any relevance to people from other backgrounds.
I find what you write in your blog relevant. If you were to use your experience of India as examples to support your points, but create universal rules that would be relevant globally you would attract a wider readership.
