Yes and minor milestones and time frames committed to writing, preferably,to hold ourselves accountable and get more done.
But I have found the power of the subconscious to be such that just a suggestion that something is desirable, means reaching there in 5-7 years time with no written goals and ,for lack of a better way of expressing it,no linear striving full of appraisals and performance measurements.
