This is an excellent, well thought out article,Which i hope you will continue, to expand upon each of the 64 Arts, as you come upon the knowledge, or teachings.

I did notice, there seemed to be be missing from the article, any mention of the art and Skill of “Therapeutic Touch to ease discomfort”. Over time, as one engages in the active practice & cultivation of these arts, (i actively engage in well over 25-30 at any one period), there is bound to be some soreness of muscle, This is where an innate or learned understanding of easing such tensions and discomforts would, also be of immense benefit, as it would allow one(man or woman), to further engage in the practice of their creative passions. (referring of course the 64 arts named above & other pursuits of passion).

Sir, the properties are self earned not ancestral.From the case as you have narrated it I can’t conclude that they have no claims on the land but they have no claims on it by virtue of the property being ancestral.

After death of his father (1958) a 2nd elder brother became bread earner for his elder brother, younger brothers as well as mother. After fulfilling their needs the 2nd elder brother purchased some lands in his own name (1960-80). Latter on mother died (1991) and brothers got divided. Now (2013) younger brothers (elder brother died and was unmarried) are claiming that that they have share in the land purchased in the name of 2nd elder brother. Is their claim right or not? It may be noted that the 2nd brother left home after his father death studied at far places with the help of others, thereafter earned leaving at far places and latter became legal resident of far places and got government job in that far district. some lands are purchased before getting Govt. job and some before. Please give your view.

Actually I like this company, because there is neither brokerage nor inventory charge. only charge on customers is 1% bid-offer spread, it is very low if we compare it to other competitors. Actually I am easily able to make 1-2% profits per month on this website. I think they have unfortunate events for past 1 month. Hope they all will be solved. Though I am not willing to invest huge money, I will continue trading in moderate amounts .

Agreed.Nowadays their customer service sucks.I faced similar delays round Akshaya Tritiya. But the purchase arrived in good condition in 5 days.And as for the phone you really need to hang on.If you drop the line you are unlikely to be able to talk to anyone.And some of the BPO operators are not well informed so you will have to call again to find a better one.

I am also facing the same problem as Gopi. I put a withdrawal request on 11June2013 and after that regularly trying to contact them but all went to vein.
The Live Chat is not available since couple of days and Customer care (022 6142 0000) doesn’t respond even after waitin for 10mins on their voice guided system.

The worst thing is that no response from their side and no proper communication on any delay or techincal issue.

But I think there’s not much reason to worry.Their site speaks of up gradation and today there must be a Gurupushyamit rush,

I don’t know if disclaimer is a word I’d use as it implies some sort of legal contract with readers.
To the best of my knowledge India has no law defining the rights,duties and obligations of blog writers and readers.And I’m unsure how any local law will help as I am currently a resident Indian national,at last count my readers came from 183 countries and my blog is hosted in the US.Any suggestions for some other word that conveys the same meaning without sounding so legal?
For now, as Alex had suggested yesterday I have made it a point to have a page titled financial advice with a link to this post but have no idea if people will click on it.

Good Idea!
I was pretty frustrated when a family wanted me to take on their case on an urgent basis over the weekend,fit in their concerns over others in the week and after 3 days of extensive typing over IM, which they preferred,had a problem with paying for advice which I have myself had to pay ,in the past, to procure-And the payment was perhaps the cost of half way decent haircut or a not very expensive shirt and that too from the company they would buy their products from not out of their own pockets.Also till there was no talk of payment they didn’t seem to find the advice worthless, but the moment they found that it entailed a fee,they figured that they could get it all for free over the internet.
